A passionate baseball coach and athlete, Bill has dedicated his career to the development and promotion of the game at all levels, both in the U.S. and globally. His deep expertise in talent identification, player development, and community engagement plays a pivotal role in Diamond Dream Academy’s mission to introduce and elevate baseball in India.

Bill's extensive career includes leadership roles in various baseball organizations, including serving as Director of Baseball Operations and General Manager for the USA Military WAR DOGS Baseball Organization, as well as Director of Baseball Operations and Player Development for WE #21. He is also the President of the USA All-Star Baseball Association, and a key figure behind organizations such as Baseball Without Borders and the Global Instructional Baseball League. Additionally, Bill serves as the Commissioner of the Cuban Sports League and has held managerial roles in the Allegheny Avengers of the Professional Baseball League (PBL).

Bill’s passion for baseball extends beyond coaching and leadership. He is also a representative for several well-known baseball brands, including Baden Sports (AXE BATS) and Dinger Bats, and he is an active member of the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) and the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR).

In addition to his extensive baseball experience, Bill holds the prestigious titles of World Peace Ambassador and Global Goodwill Ambassador, demonstrating his commitment to using sports as a platform for positive social impact and outreach. His guiding philosophy, “If you’re not giving, you’re not living,” reflects his dedication to both the sport of baseball and the communities he serves.
