With a diverse background in sports management, talent development, and community engagement, Deepesh has played an instrumental role in the development of multiple sports disciplines in India. As the CEO of American Football in India, he was the driving force behind the establishment and growth of American football in the country. Through strategic planning and collaboration, he introduced American football to universities nationwide, making it a regular feature at the National University Championships.

As the Founder & Director of the United Basketball Alliance (UBA), Deepesh revolutionized the Indian basketball scene by launching India’s first-ever professional basketball league. Under his leadership, UBA provided players with contracts, monetary compensation, and exposure, elevating Indian basketball's status on the Asian circuit and bringing it to the forefront of professional sports in India.

Deepesh’s expertise in sports scouting and talent identification resulted in Walt Disney basing a character off Deepesh in its movie ‘Million Dollar Arm’ released in 2014. Deepesh’s influence extends beyond traditional sports. He has made significant contributions to the development of e-sports and university sports, launching online platforms that broadcast university games, expanding their reach, and making them accessible to a wider audience.
