Certified by the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) and the Sports Authority of India (SAI), Sachin has been instrumental in not only improving individual players’ performances but also in enhancing the overall stature of Indian baseball on national stages.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sachin has achieved remarkable success as both a player and coach. He served as the National School Team Coach, leading teams to outstanding performances at the national level, while nurturing emerging talent. His coaching expertise extends to several prestigious college teams, including Arya College and Kurukshetra University, where he helped build a legacy of excellence. Notably, under his guidance, Kurukshetra University secured the Gold Medal at the All-India Inter-University Baseball Championship—a triumph that has become a benchmark in the development of baseball in India. He also coached the Haryana Boys' Team to a Silver Medal finish and guided the Haryana Girls' Team to a Bronze Medal at the state level, further cementing his reputation as a key figure in the growth of the sport.

Mr. Sachin's knowledge and understanding of the game are deeply rooted in his own playing career. He has represented his state and university at the National, University, and State Championships a remarkable seven times, consistently earning recognition and accolades for his exceptional skills on the field.

In his role at Diamond Dreams Academy, Mr. Sachin serves as the Head of Grassroots Development and Youth Coaching, where he plays a crucial role in shaping the future of baseball in India. He leads a talented team of coaches, overseeing the development of training programs that are designed to identify and nurture the next generation of baseball players. His responsibilities also include managing infrastructure development, overseeing ground and event management, and ensuring the seamless execution of Diamond Dreams Academy's initiatives.
